Treatment recommendations are not designed based on your insurance coverage but rather on what you need to correct your problem and also to maintain that correction.
Our office will be happy to verify your insurance coverage for you and also call if pre-certifications are needed.

* Many other policies may be accepted. Please call our staff to verify.
For your convenience, our office also accepts:

- Checks
- VISA
- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
* Payment Plans are also available.
* We will appropriately bill any participating insurance companies.
You are responsible for any co-payments, co-insurances, or deductibles
and non-covered services.
* Current trends for some insurances companies are to charge very high
co-payments and to limit the amount of coverage you need to maximize
their profits. If so, paying cash may prove more advantageous for you.
